This list is by no means all of the First Thursday events going on around town, so if I missed yours I apologize, but this is a great place to start!
Paragon Restaurant
Paragon has partnered up with TEAM IN TRAINING to raise money for lymphoma and leukemia. The restaurant will have a live band and auction from 6-10pm in their Gallery Room, and 10% of every table’s bill will be donated to the cause when you mention TEAM IN TRAINING.
WeVillage
WeVillage is doing free mini portrait sessions for your child to celebrate First Thursday. From 6-8pm photographer Leah Harb will be snapping photos of children with their favorite toy at WeVillage, so make sure to have that lovey in tow. Parents will be able to see and purchase prints of the session in a private gallery on Leah’s site.
Portland Chiropractic
Portland Chiropractic presents the art opening for local artist Matt Niebuhr. Come check out Matt’s work and enjoy snacks and a free mini chair massage!
Switchyard Studios
Switchyard Studios is having a Poetry Extravaganza starting at 7:30pm and is showing the art of Summer Teeth. The event ends at 11pm.
Wine Unwind
There will be FREE wine tasting at Wine Unwind starting at 6pm. The featured wine is Beast Wines.
Terra Del Sol Spa
Terra Del Sol Spa has live music from 7-9pm and mini spa services running all day: $1/ minute chair massage, $10 mini manicures, $10 mini pedicures, $30 soak in the pools & steam bath, & $30 mini facial. Oh, and you can get an adult beverage in the beer garden!
